Meet The Team
Carlos Plana is a licensed Florida public adjuster with extensive knowledge of the insurance industry. He has more than thirty years of experience in claims adjusting, liability, and other insurance matters.
Mr. Plana has spent extensive time helping hurricane and storm victims in Florida and the Caribbean.
With more than twenty years of insurance litigation experience in Florida’s state and federal courts, Robert N. Pelier is an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Pelier is the founder and managing partner of the Law Offices of Robert N. Pelier, P.A. has been an active member, in good standing, of the New York State Bar Association and Florida Bar since 1994, and has also received an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings—indicating that other lawyers across U.S. and Canada regard him as having high ethical standards and excellent legal ability.
Mr. Pelier received his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1993 after obtaining a BA from Rutgers University. MrPelier is also a WIND Certified Umpire®.
Lisa Sanchez has over 14 years of experience in the analysis, processing, and payment of insurance claims. She has vast knowledge of the claims process and experience dealing with insurance providers who dispute and deny claims.
Alessandra Plana has 12 years of experience working in a public adjusting firm and has been a licensed public adjuster since 2018. She has experience in handling water damage, fire, mold and storm claims.
Nestor has been a licensed Captain for 11 years and a public adjuster since 2018. He utilizes his expertise to handle claims involving boats, yachts and vessels.
Wind Umpires
Wind Umpires solve property valuation issues between insurance company and the insured (you). If the insurance company and the insurer cannot agree the amount of the loss or damage, or the amount necessary to repair or replace property lost or damaged, an Wind Umpire will resolve the validation issue.
